Prarthna Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is a leader in manufacturing sheet metal products in India. With operations across Bhandup and Khopoli near Mumbai, we deploy state-of-the-art systems and processes to manufacture various types of sheet metal products, components, parts, and articles. Our Work

We cater to varying requirements, specifications and applications across furniture industries, switch gear industries, automobile industries, network industries, warehouse and storage industries, and those manufacturing kitchen metal products and home appliances.

Early Years

Prarthna Manufacturing was established in 2013 by Mr. Pravin Panchal, an engineer with over 14 years of experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry. It was back in 2003, that we had our humble beginnings. We started with a single power press and associated with Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., the manufacturing and processing behemoth, for small punching jobs.

Soon, we started to flourish. With the inclusion of a few more machines in the following years, we expanded our capabilities. From manufacturing small-sized press components, we branched out into bending parts as well.

We initially started with a proprietorship firm at Vikhroli, called ‘Quality Manufacturing Company’, and were associated with M/s. Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. for Value Engineering activities in 2007-2008. In 2010, we further expanded our horizons and undertook the business of powder coating - a batch type plant at Vikhroli for the coating of small press parts.

Throughout the journey, we never stopped learning. Our expansion took place alongside the learning process. We joined the Godrej CII cluster group to learn basic cluster activities and the nuances of business planning.

Continuous Growth and Expansion

In the following years, we experienced continuous growth and expansion. We added a used Amada make CNC Turret Punch Press to take-up punching activities. Later, we applied for and were granted the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications for our Vikhroli unit.

A major physical expansion took place when we purchased a plot for setting up a factory at Khopoli in 2011. In the following four years, we completed the construction and equipped the factory with CNC Turret Punch Press - AE 2510 NT with CNC press brakes, power presses, etc. We also completed a fabrication set up with an automatic conveyorized powder coating plant in 2015 and started with a few products of Godrej & Boyce mfg co. ltd. (Interio Group).

It was a moment of pride for us when we finally converted the Proprietorship company into a Private Limited firm. From M/s. Quality Manufacturing Company, we incorporated as M/s. Prarthna Manufacturing Pvt Ltd.
